All About Moi
I am a Canadian woman. Married and a mother of three little ones. I have a degree in Philosophy and I’m passionate about mental and physical health. I am a firm believer that health is wealth and I love to help others find their flow.
As a Canadian woman, married mother of three kids, and working a part-time job, most of my time is spent caring for my family.
This blog was created to help other Canadian families (mothers) realize that they don’t have to plug away for 60 hours a week to feed their families. It is possible (and amazing!) to have a family on less than two full incomes.
When I became pregnant with my first baby the world was a different place, an extremely different place. Compared to now the world seemed quaint, everything was falling into place.
In 2015 we purchased our first home, got married, and got a dog. In 2016 our first son was born.
My husband and I made the decision that I would change from working full-time to part-time. The benefits were that I would be raising my kids and we would save money on child care.
Two more kids and a new house later, I’ve had to learn how to keep my family happy and healthy on a budget. Therefore, with everything I’ve learned I plan to help all the moms (and dads) find their flow, mentally, physically, and on a budget.
